It’s time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and this time the challenge is…..
‘Anything Goes’.
This challenge will actually last for 2 weeks so that gives you all plenty of time to create something to enter.
This challenge, as always, is sponsored by The Paper Shelter and Veronica & Pedro are offering a fabulous prize of $30 to spend at their site.
If you use a TPS image in your creation you will receive the full $30 to spend on their gorgeous designs, and if you haven’t used a TPS image then you will win 3 Digis of your choice from their site.
Seeing how the challenge is an ‘Anything Goes’ I decided to do something other than a card. I’ve used a pre-coloured image from the Exotic Enchantment pack and have created a very quick gift idea by decorating a candle.
I opened my image in my Silhouette Studio program and set up to fussy cut with my Cameo. I printed the image onto X-Press It Blending card and once cut have layered it onto a Labels Twenty-Eight die cut from a light blue shimmer cardstock which I had in my stash. This was then layered onto a Decorative Labels Twenty-Eight which has been cut from Always Artichoke cardstock. I’ve added some thin red ribbon to tie the layered pieces to the candle which coordinates with the hair clip on the image. The image and first die cut are layered using Dimensionals for a 3D effect.
Here’s another photo…
