Purple Pansy….

It’s time for a new challenge at Fussy & Fancy Challenges and this time the challenge is…..

‘Swirls & Pearls’.

We are sponsored by Aurora Wings for this challenge and I’m using Mitzi’s gorgeous Girl with Pansy, Lobelia & Butterfly image.

My image was printed onto Cryogen White cardstock and then coloured with my Copic Markers.

The colours I’ve used are: Skin – E11, E21, E00, E000, R20; Hair – E49, E59, E39, E35, E31; Pansy - BV08, BV04, BV02, BV01, Y35, Y32; Small Flowers - V99, V95, V93, V91, Butterfly - RV99, RV95, RV93, RV91; Leaves - G99, G94, G21.

I’ve added some small Pearls for her earrings and lots of Liquid Pearls around the image.

I’ve layered the image onto a doily and added a couple of Magnolia ‘Heart Swirl’ die cuts. The pretty paper is from Maja Designs and is the Vintage Spring Basics 8th of April. My base card has been created using a Martha Steward ‘Around the Page’ Punch called ‘Cherish’. A few flowers, a couple of pearls and my card is finished.

    WOW Nikki,you certainly have done this image justice! Love your colouring and your card is beautiful. Incidentially I used to work for a guy called Mr Stalker. You don't by any chance have relatives at Whitby in North Yorkshire (UK) do you? Judy x
