It’s time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and this time the challenge is…..

‘Holiday Time’.

I’ve decided to make a Summer Holiday card today as I’m longing for the warmer weather to come back although it’s still a few months away.

I’m dreaming of a day like this….

Not that I’d be in a bikini but laying back in some swimmers drinking a cocktail reminds me of our trips to Fiji a few years ago.

I’ve printed my image onto Cryogen white cardstock and coloured with Copic Markers.

The colours I’ve used are: Skin – E11, E21, E00, E000, E0000, R20 & R30; Hair – E55, E53, E51; Bikini & Flowers – BG18, BG15, BG13, BG11; Towel & trim – Y17, Y15, Y13, Y11; Hat – W5, W3, W1, W00.

I fussy cut the image and mounted onto a Large Petra Die from Marianne Designs.

My base card has been cut from a Go Kreate Die and layered with some pretty papers by Fancy Pants Designs.

The sentiment is from Magnolia’s Summer Breeze Collection and I’ve added a few of the new Doohickey Club Dies.
