Something to Smile About….

It’s time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and this time the challenge is…..

‘Charming.

This means we want to see Metal Charms on your creations.

This week, as always, we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter and Veronica & Pedro are offering a fabulous prize of $30 to spend at their site.

Challenge prize badge

If you use a TPS image in your creation you will receive the full $30 to spend on their gorgeous designs, and if you haven’t used a TPS image then you will win 3 Digis of your choice from their site.

I’ve made this pretty card today using the gorgeous ‘Charming Spring Girl’ image from The Paper Shelter and some pretty papers from Kaisercraft’s XO Collection.

My image was printed onto Cryogen White cardstock and coloured with Copic Markers. The colours I’ve used are: Skin - E11, E00, E000, E0000, R20; Hair - E49, E47, E44, E42; Clothes & Hat - BG72, BG70, R02, R01, R00, R27, R24, R22, R20.

Here’s a close up of the image.

I’ve used a mixture of dies from Marianne Design, Magnolia & Spellbinders. The edge on the base card is using a Martha Stewart ‘Around the Page’ punch. Some gorgeous lace, some pretty ribbon, a few pearls, an arrangement of flowers and a little ‘metal charm’ bird, complete my card.

For a closer look at the charm….
