Fly Pumpkin! Fly

It’s time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and this time the challenge is…..

‘Halloween’.

This week, as always, we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter and Veronica & Pedro are offering a fabulous prize of $30 to spend at their site.

Challenge prize badge

If you use a TPS image in your creation you will receive the full $30 to spend on their gorgeous designs, and if you haven’t used a TPS image then you will win 3 Digis of your choice from their site.

Until this year I had never made any Halloween creations. We don’t really celebrate it here in Australia, however it does appear to be becoming more popular. I really enjoyed making my creation regardless so here it is…..

P1050225

This creation was made using a couple of SVGcuts files on my Silhouette Cameo, teamed with some gorgeous Graphic 45 papers, and topped off with a fabulous image from The Paper Shelter called ‘Fly Pumpkins! Fly!’

Here’s another view of the image.

P1050226

I edited the original image in Photoshop Elements and removed the pumpkins so my image could stand alone. I then opened my image in my Silhouette software, traced it and created an offset. This was then printed out onto Cryogen White cardstock, coloured with my Copic Markers and finally cut out on my Cameo.  I have done the same thing with the words which I created in Photoshop Elements.

This wonderful creation can also hold a little gift as the base is actually a box.

P1050227

I have one more photo, another close up of the gorgeous image.

P1050229

How cute is she, doing her little spells…..

Supplies:
Stamps: Fly Pumpkins! Fly! (The Paper Shelter), Words (Computer generated)
Card: Basic Black, Tangerine Tango, Blackberry Bliss, Perfect Plum (Stampin’ Up), Cryogen White
Paper: An Eerie Tale (Graphic 45)
