Welcome to the Loves Rubberstamps weekly Sensational Sunday Blog Hop! The Design Team has created some gorgeous projects for your Inspiration. Check out each link and leave a comment. If you get lost along the way, each stop will have a full list of links. One of the Design Team posts is the hop’s Sensational Sunday Sweet Spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to be in a monthly drawing for a $20 Loves Rubberstamps Gift Voucher! We will draw the winner of the Voucher the 1st Sunday of each month! Remember, you have until 8:00pm CST Saturday to leave your comments!

Now let’s hop along and see what the Design Team ladies have in store for you….

You may have arrived from Nina’s blog but if not you can start here and work your way around by following the Hop List included in each of our posts.

Now for my creation for this week.

P1050240

This gorgeous image and paper I’ve used for my card today are from Wild Rose Studio. The image is ‘Bluebell behind Presents’ and the paper is ‘A Robin’s Christmas’. My sentiment is also from Wild Rose Studio from the Jolly Greetings set.

I stamped my image onto X-Press It Blending Card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then coloured with my Copic Markers.

The colours I’ve used are: E35, E34, E31, E30, R01, R00, G29, G28, G24, G21, G20, R29, R27, R24, R22, R20, YR24, YR23, YR21.

My image was then cut out using the Small Classic Circle Nestabilities and layered onto a Small Scallop Circle Nestabilities from Spellbinders. I’ve done the same with my sentiment.

Here’s a closer look.

I really didn’t want to cover up too much of this pretty paper so I kept my embellishments to a minimum. I’ve added a couple of Poinsettia’s which are from the Doohickey Club 2. I’ve added a little Snow-Tex to the Robin’s hats and also the Poinsettia’s for a little texture.

Here’s one last photo.
