In the 20’s

It’s time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and this time the challenge is…..

‘Shabby Chic’.

This week, as always, we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter and Veronica & Pedro are offering a fabulous prize of $30 to spend at their site.

If you use a TPS image in your creation you will receive the full $30 to spend on their gorgeous designs, and if you haven’t used a TPS image then you will win 3 Digis of your choice from their site.

As soon as I saw the theme for this challenge I knew the exact image I was going to use and that is In the 20’s.

I’ve teamed my image with some of the gorgeous Digital Papers from The Paper Shelter.

I’ve used 2 different packs which are both new. One print is from the Autumn Shades pack and the other from the Matching with Halloween pack.

My image was printed onto Cryogen White cardstock and coloured with my Copic Markers.

The colours I’ve used are: Skin – E11, E00, E000, E0000, R20, R30; Hair, Coat, Hat & Shoes – E57, E55, E53, E51, E50; Dress, Bag, Hat trim & Flower – RV95, RV93, RV91; Leaves – BG96, BG93, BG90.

Here’s a close up of the image…

I have sponged all edges and die cuts using Antique Linen Distress Ink. My dies are a mixture of Marianne Designs and Spellbinders and my card shape & main layer are from Go Kreate. A flower spray, some lovely lace & shabby ribbon, a few pearls and a couple of bark hearts complete my Shabby Chic creations.

Here’s one last look….
